Many claim they do this but when you really get to the project they don't follow what they say. In every single step of our design process, we welcome your input to make sure that the finished products speak for your event, business and also meets your requirements. When you are ready to get your new great logo, flyer, brochure, stationery, or tickets, go to our price plane, were we have four different packages to choose from (Campus, Silver, Gold, and Platinum). After you have chosen the right package and price combination, we'll collect your contact and billing information. We will then immediately assign a unique project team depending on your design to make sure you can keep in touch with your design project team at all times, we will provide you with all of their information. |
After you have filled out the application form, you will be directed to the order form. In your order form we will ask you various questions. The informaition gathered about your company, your event, the color ideas, your marketing fields, your philosophy and plans will be used to personalize the design project and portray what you want to do with your new design project. At Apexs Designs we are committed to protecting your privacy. |
| After receiving your order form and your payment, we will begin working on your design project. When we start your project we will let you know by phone or e-mail. After we start your project we will present you with initial designs as specified on the package. Then we'll ask you to pick the design concept you is most to your liking, and provide feedback on your design. |
We then can start working on improving the chosen design according to your testes and feedback. After incorporating your feedback into the next set of revisions as specified on the plan you chose, we will ask you for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the revisions we will redo them free of charge depending on your package. |
LOGO: After the 5th step we will ask you for your stationery information depending on the plan you pick. After you provide us with the information to put on your stationery we will implement it on your business card, letterhead, and envelop design. After you revision is down and your order is finalized we will send you the final files with different formats and we will send your printings to your address through our shipping company.
FLYERS: Although our flyer design process follows the same type of steps described above it is slightly different for flyers. Before we start your flyer design you have to provide us with fully edited text and product pictures you want us to implement in to your flyer design. After the final revisions and approvals are met we will send you the files through e-mail and if your plan includes printing we will ship it to you.
BROCHURES: Although our Brochure design process follows the same type of steps described above it is slightly different for Brochures. Before we start your Brochure design you have to provide us with fully edited text and product pictures you want us to implement in to your Brochure design. You will also have to provide to us the type of folding you want for your brochure. After the final revisions and approvals are met we will send you the files through e-mail and ship you the prints through your mailing address.
STATIONERY: Our stationery process follows the same steps as stationery design the only difference is that if you want us to implement your own logo you have to upload the logo and send us the information you want us to put on your stationery design all your prints will be shipped to your mailing address and all the files will be send to your e-mail address.
TICKETS: Although out ticket and VIP pass design process follows the same type of steps described above it is slightly different for ticket and VIP pass. Before we start your ticket design you have to upload a fully edited text and logo or product pictures you want us to implement in to your ticket and VIP pass design. After the final revisions and approvals are met we will send you the files through e-mail and ship you the prints through your mailing address.
