PRICING POLICY
The prices displayed for our services on our website represent the full price structure listed for the service itself and is estimated in accordance with the standard industry practice.
REFUND POLICY
Here at Apexs Designs, we guarantee your 100% satisfaction with your logo design or your money back- minus a $30 service fee (includes processing and service charges). If a customer does not like the initial logo concepts, he can ask us for an immediate refund.
The refund policy will not take effect in any of the following events:
• If you purchase a "Special Package".
• If you have approved your logo design.
• If we have began working on one of your samples and made more than 1 revision for you.
• If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity.
• If the project was cancelled for reasons unrelated to the logo design of Apexs Designs.
• If we do not have back from you for more than 3 months following the submission of the logo design or any other design.
NOTE: Refund policy is only applicable for logo orders only. This policy is not applicable on other additional design service provided by Apexs Designs. Refund policy is only applicable for one-time order second time for the same logo design, his/her order will not be eligible for the refund policy.
HOW THE MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED
If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 to 14 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using a check or a money order your refund will be sent to you by check.
ORDERING POLICY
Customer can make payment at our website through any of the following methods. Payment at Apexs Designs can be made through Credit Cards. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diner Club and Visa Electron for online, phone and fax orders. Payment can also be made through Bank Check or Money Order from US drawn banks. For order status and tracking the client shall receive two e-mails after he has placed his order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
The first confirms that the order has been received (the order reference number will be included). This e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours. The second is when the first design concepts are delivered.
After that, the customer can track the status of his/her order through regular e-mail correspondence and through his dedicated account area that is provided on our website.
